Familiar Flow Yoga
One familiar flow, practiced and refined across the month
Service Description
Every month, these weekly classes focus on building and then refining one flow sequence. The sequence starts more slowly at the beginning of the month, allowing time to familiarise ourselves with each pose and the transitions between them. As the month progresses, so will your understanding of the flow. This can support: - Increased confidence in the poses - Opportunities to gently challenge yourself - A more meditative experience during the flow - An increased sense of ownership over your practice Each session still stands alone, so you’re welcome to drop in — or attend regularly to experience the benefits of a familiar, evolving practice. Helpful to Know: - Music is used during these sessions - Equipment provided: yoga mat, blocks, bolster, blanket, eye pillow - Beginner-friendly — no experience required - The session is located at the top of a flight of stairs
