Service Description

Each week we follow a similar format each time: settling in, a warm up (or 'sun salutations'), into a main sequenced flow before ending with cool down poses and relaxation. During the sequence my intention is to have a mixture of flows that will encourage strength as well as flexibility. All levels welcome. Please don't hesitate to contact if you have any questions prior to attending or wish to discuss the suitability of the class for your needs. I am happy to try and adapt where possible or help find alternative classes/teachers. Accessibility: the room is up a flight of stairs. I also often use background music and may have incense. Please let me know at the beginning of a class if you require these not to be used. 1 hour.
